About five years ago, Chicago’s other PBS channel, WiseTV, would often broadcast educational programming during the daytime and nighttime, as part of their collaboration with the City Colleges of Chicago’s distance learning program. They still might, but it was 5 years ago when I’d be up at midnight pulling the analogue signal from the bunny ears. The best one of these shows was French In Action.
